About Dr. Michele

I'm a licensed physical therapist specializing in orthopedic and pelvic health, and I’ve made it my mission to help women feel strong, supported, and pain-free in every stage of life. My approach blends clinical expertise with compassionate, individualized care—because no two journeys are the same.

I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine, and have since completed advanced training in prenatal/postpartum rehab (APTA), pelvic health (Herman & Wallace Levels 1, 2a, 2b courses), and IDN dry needling. Physical therapy is my second career, formerly a teacher, and I love that pelvic health and PT allow me to continue my journey with educating clients.

I live in Wellington with my husband and four rambunctious boys. Family is everything to me, and when I’m not in the clinic, you can usually find me at the baseball/softball field, reading a good book, or enjoying a slow morning with a good cup of coffee and cuddling with my boys.

My passion for this work comes from witnessing the gaps in care for women’s health. I believe every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and empowered in her health—and I’m honored to be a part of that process.

Thanks for being here. I can’t wait to walk alongside you on your journey.

I’d love to work with you
